The ePassportPhoto service, including the free and paid passport photo services (collectively, the Service"), are copyrighted works belonging to and operated by ePassportPhoto LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and subsidiaries (collectively, "ePassportPhoto"). By using the Service, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms of use ("the Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use and the Service are subject to change by ePassportPhoto at any time in its sole discretion, and your continued use of the Service following modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Service.

USE RESTRICTIONS
The free Service is available for ad hoc, personal, non-commercial use only. For such use you are welcome to download your passport photo sheet and print it. Systematic professional or commercial use of the Service, or use for which you are being specifically paid, requires a commercial license. In addition, should you decide to offer a passport photo service to employees or members (collectively "Members") of a for-profit organization, you must obtain a commercial license in advance, or pay the fee of the paid Service for each Member on an annual basis, regardless of whether passport photos were produced for that Member.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK
ePassportPhoto, the ePassportPhoto logo, and all trademarks and service marks listed on the Service, are trademarks and service marks of ePassportPhoto (collectively, the "Marks"). You are not granted any right to use ePassportPhoto's Marks, and all such items remain the exclusive property of ePassportPhoto. All material on the Service, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images and audio clips (the "Content") is the sole property of ePassportPhoto and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Subject to these Terms of Use, ePassportPhoto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited and revocable license to access and view the Content on the Service. The Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of ePassportPhoto, except that you may download, print, distribute and use pages from the Service for your own informational, non-commercial purposes, provided that any copies of documents or pages from the Service must not alter the original Content and must include the ePassportPhoto copyright notice: © 2015 ePassportPhoto Corporation. All rights reserved. Modification or use of the Content except as expressly provided herein is a violation of ePassportPhoto's intellectual property rights.

The Service is provided by ePassportPhoto on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ePassportPhoto may make changes or improvements to the Content and functionality of the Service at any time, without prior notice to you. ePassportPhoto does not warrant that the Service or Content will be available at any particular time or location or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components. ePassportPhoto makes no representations about the technical accuracy or functionality of the Service or that the Content is accurate, error-free or up-to-date. ePassportPhoto makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement of third party rights or intellectual property.

INTERNATIONAL USE
ePassportPhoto makes no representation that the Content on the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. Access to the Service from countries or territories where such access is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Service outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
